You can select elements by clicking on them. To select multiple elements at the same time, hold the Shift
key and click while dragging.
Use the right-click menu to select elements of same type, color or icon. Very useful for batch-editing!
Elements can be resized and rotated. Most elements can only be resized by pulling from the corner, but you can change the aspect ratio for notes and images by pulling from the side as well.
Once you’re done creating and fine-tuning your objects, you can lock them to make sure they aren’t inadvertently moved or modified. Locking will prevent making any changes to an object’s style or properties until it’s unlocked.

From the three dot menu choose the option to Lock

Elements are great for creating data or annotating existing one but having too many of them can quickly get out of hand. Fortunately, workspace elements can be grouped - useful for comparison scenarios or hiding/showing categories.
To assign elements to a new or existing group:
Select the ones you want to group and then click on the Group
button.
This also works for multiple elements selected together, either using Shift+Click+Drag
, the Cmd+K
menu or right-clicking on an element, then picking from the Select similar...
options.
Groups are visible in the Sidebar List. Simply click the eyeball icon to hide or show a group.
By clicking on a group in the Sidebar List, one can select all the contents, change icons for pin elements inside that group or even update details for many elements at once.
