Microsoft SQL Server

Connect Microsoft SQL Server to Felt to map spatial tables and views or query them with SQL.

Connect a Microsoft SQL Server database to add its spatial tables and views to maps or query them with SQL. Felt places features on the map from geometry and geography columns.

Connect Microsoft SQL Server

Create a read-only database user for Felt with access to the tables you want to use. Then follow the steps in Add a source and select Microsoft SQL Server. If the database accepts connections only from known addresses, allow Felt's IP addresses.

In Connection, fill in these fields, or click Autofill and paste a connection string such as mssql://read_only:password@your-mssql-host:1433/your_database.
