You can pay for Felt in the billing section of the App. You need to be an admin to subscribe to Felt.
Admins of the Workspace are the only teammates who can control billing and data usage in the Workspace.

If you need more storage, drop a note to our sales team.
Felt’s Team plan comes with 3 editor seats. If you need more seats, reach out to our sales team to explore an Enterprise plan.
Data limits are applied at the organizational level.
Data storage space is calculated using the size of the file uploaded to Felt.
Data processing is a monthly measure of data usage. It is calculated based on the size of the file times the number of "runs." A "run" counts for any time the file is uploaded to a map, refreshed, or transformed. Data processing resets on the first of every calendar month.
View your current workspace usage by navigating to Workspace settings > Usage.
Felt uses the size of the uncompressed geodata being processed or uploaded to the platform.
Felt is smart about handing your sources like WMTS, Feature Servers and XYZ files. If they are pre-tiled, we point to the tile sources. However, if the source is not pre-tiled, we will process those tiles through a pipeline run and host them on your behalf.
Data processing totals reset on a calendar month cycle. For example, if you’ve hit your limit on September 15, your limit will reset on October 1.
A member is anyone invited to your workspace. Members will be one of the following roles: Viewer, Editor, or Admin:
Viewers can log into Felt and view & comment on maps as named users.
Editors can create and edit maps. They can also invite other editors to maps and projects.
Admins have the same permissions as editors plus access to manage the account, including billing and adding members, and setting workspace permissions.
Members can have access to the account at various levels: the entire workspace, project-level access, or access to specific maps.
An editor is a member you add to your workspace with full editing permissions to create, edit, and delete existing maps. An editor can be added to the workspace or a particular project within the workspace. Admins count as editors in Felt.
